Terms and Conditions – 3pattiok
Pakistan's Online Betting Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 3pattiok ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://3pattiok.ws and all associated pages.

By accessing 3pattiok, creating a player account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their contents and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use 3pattiok.

These Terms apply to all products and services available on 3pattiok, including but not limited to cricket betting, football betting, roulette, jackpot slots, crash games, live cricket scores and any promotional programme such as the Refer a Friend scheme.

Access to 3pattiok is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 3pattiok does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You are accessing 3pattiok voluntarily, for your own personal use, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not an employee, contractor, affiliate, director or immediate family member of 3pattiok or any associated company.
• You are not using automated software, bots or AI-assisted tools to access or interact with 3pattiok.
• You have not previously been excluded from 3pattiok or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.

3pattiok takes age verification seriously. Upon registration and at any point thereafter, we may request documentary proof of age such as a valid CNIC, passport or driving licence. If you fail to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete.

Each player may hold only one account on 3pattiok. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device or the same household — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering on 3pattiok you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times. 3pattiok will not be liable for any issues arising from inaccurate registration details.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3pattiok login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 3pattiok support immediately at support@3pattiok.ws. 3pattiok will not be responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

3.3 Account Closure

3pattiok reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk of harm to the player or to the integrity of the platform.

All transactions on 3pattiok are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 3pattiok does not accept foreign currencies, cryptocurrency or any other form of digital asset.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3pattiok currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players:

• Easypaisa – instant deposit and withdrawal
• JazzCash – instant deposit and withdrawal
• NayaPay – deposit and withdrawal
• SadaPay – deposit and withdrawal
• IBFT Bank Transfer – all major Pakistani banks
• Visa / Mastercard – debit and credit cards

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit on 3pattiok is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly or within a few minutes, depending on your chosen payment method. 3pattiok does not charge any fee for deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal from 3pattiok is Rs 200. Withdrawal requests are processed within two hours for Easypaisa and JazzCash and within one business day for bank transfers. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.

3pattiok reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard security procedure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player. Failure to provide requested documentation within seven days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account on 3pattiok is considered dormant if there has been no login and no transaction for a period of 12 consecutive months. 3pattiok may apply an administration fee to dormant accounts. Notice will be sent to the registered email address before any fee is deducted.

All bets placed on 3pattiok are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within each betting section of the platform and should be read in conjunction with these general terms.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not accepted until you receive a confirmation notification from 3pattiok. In cases of technical error, communication failure or system malfunction, 3pattiok reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes. Bets placed on clearly erroneous odds — where a pricing error is manifest and obvious — may be voided at 3pattiok's discretion.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by market and by game on 3pattiok. The applicable limits are displayed within the betting interface before you place your bet. 3pattiok reserves the right to change stake limits at any time without prior notice.

5.3 Bet Settlement

Bets on 3pattiok are settled as soon as the relevant result is confirmed by the official governing body of the sport or game in question. For cricket bets, the ICC or PCB ruling is final. For in-play markets that were open at the time of an unexpected event (abandonment, retirement, power failure), 3pattiok will settle in accordance with the rules published for that specific market.

5.4 Winnings

Winnings are credited to your 3pattiok PKR wallet immediately after settlement. For crash games, winnings are credited the instant you cash out during a live round. All winnings are in Pakistani Rupees and no conversion is applied.

3pattiok offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses are subject to the terms stated in this section and any additional conditions stated within the promotion itself.

• Bonuses are awarded in PKR and credited to your bonus balance, separate from your real-money balance.
• All bonuses on 3pattiok carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The default wagering requirement is 30× the bonus amount. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 30,000 in eligible qualifying bets before withdrawal.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type on 3pattiok. Sports bets typically contribute 100%, slots 100%, and roulette 10%. Crash games contribute 50%. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion.
• 3pattiok reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, collusion or technical exploitation.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time per player account on 3pattiok.
• Bonuses not used within the validity period stated in the promotion will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.

6.1 Refer a Friend

3pattiok's Refer a Friend programme allows registered players to earn PKR rewards by referring new players. The referring player earns a reward when the referred player registers, makes their first qualifying deposit and completes their first qualifying wager on 3pattiok. Rewards are credited within 48 hours of the qualifying conditions being met. Self-referrals and referrals between known associated accounts are prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3pattiok. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account closed immediately, any outstanding balance may be confiscated and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

• Match-fixing and insider information: Placing bets using knowledge that a sporting event has been fixed or manipulated is a criminal offence and is absolutely prohibited on 3pattiok.
• Arbitrage and bonus abuse: Placing bets solely to exploit pricing discrepancies or to systematically extract bonus value without genuine recreational play is prohibited.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account per player, per household or per device is prohibited. Each player is entitled to exactly one 3pattiok account.
• Automated betting: Using scripts, bots, AI tools or any automated system to place bets, access games or manipulate the platform is prohibited.
• Money laundering: Using 3pattiok to process, conceal or transfer proceeds of criminal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the Financial Monitoring Unit (FMU) of Pakistan.
• Chargebacks: Disputing a legitimate deposit transaction with your bank or payment provider while retaining the associated balance on 3pattiok is fraud and will result in immediate account closure and potential legal action.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market on 3pattiok is prohibited.

3pattiok is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all Pakistani players. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable recreational activity — never a financial strategy or a way to manage stress, debt or personal difficulties.

3pattiok provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, available at any time through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose over a given period. Once the limit is reached, betting is paused until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session on 3pattiok. A notification is sent when the limit is approaching.
• Reality Checks: Receive a reminder notification at regular intervals showing how long you have been playing and how much you have won or lost.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from 3pattiok for a period of your choice — 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 3 months. During this time your account is suspended and bets cannot be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from 3pattiok. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of six months and permanent exclusion is available on request.

All content on the 3pattiok platform — including but not limited to the brand name and logo, website design and layout, written text, images, graphics, game interfaces, software code and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 3pattiok or its licensed content partners.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, modify or create derivative works from any 3pattiok content without prior written authorisation. You may not scrape, index or use any automated means to extract data from 3pattiok. Unauthorised use of 3pattiok intellectual property may result in legal action.

Game content provided by third-party suppliers (including but not limited to slot developers and crash game providers) remains the intellectual property of those respective suppliers. 3pattiok operates those games under licence and does not claim ownership of the underlying game software.

3pattiok provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate and free from error, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free of technical faults at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3pattiok shall not be liable to you for:

• Any loss of earnings, loss of profits or loss of anticipated savings arising from your use of 3pattiok.
• Any loss or damage caused by a technical failure, internet outage or third-party service disruption during a live betting session or game.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by your chosen payment provider.
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use 3pattiok.

Nothing in these Terms limits 3pattiok's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Pakistani law.

3pattiok collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

By registering on 3pattiok you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes your registration details, payment information, betting history, device data and any communications you have with our support team.

3pattiok will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with trusted service providers that help us operate the platform (such as payment processors and age verification providers), and only to the extent necessary to provide their services.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data 3pattiok holds about you, to request corrections to inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to any legal obligations we must fulfil. Contact support@3pattiok.ws to exercise any of these rights.

3pattiok reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Where a change to these Terms is material and affects your rights or obligations in a significant way, 3pattiok will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least 14 days before the change takes effect. For minor clarifications and corrections, changes may take effect immediately without direct notice.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using 3pattiok before the amendment takes effect and close your account. Continued use of 3pattiok after any change to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of 3pattiok shall first be submitted to 3pattiok's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support@3pattiok.ws.

3pattiok aims to acknowledge all dispute submissions within 48 hours and to resolve them within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal process, you may escalate the matter through appropriate legal channels in Pakistan.

Both parties agree that the courts of Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal process, and both parties submit to that jurisdiction by agreeing to these Terms.
